I've noticed that it is quite enjoyable to get angry. I have relished the sensation of a hot, righteous anger, though the rationale for my anger is almost invariable mistaken. Sometimes when I'm reading fiction, and something awful happens to a character, something worth getting angry about, I find myself creating a scenario in which the character releases a focused blast of pure rage. Deliberately fomenting the emotion for my own enjoyment. I do not think this is healthy, and I try to stop myself when catch myself at it.
